The history of Diadem Cosmetics dates back to the early 1990s when Bożena and Zbigniew Milczarczyk founded a small cosmetics company in Bydgoszcz. In its early years, the company specialized in producing and selling eye makeup products. Over time, experience and collaboration with international corporations enabled the expansion of its product range. Today, the company continues to thrive and owns three cosmetic lines: Diadem, Szafir, and Caroline’s Rose.

We are passionate about sharing our vision, which is why we’ve invited non-profit organizations worldwide to join us in combating gender preference. Our ambition is to run a business that not only meets all the needs of our clients but also contributes to making the world a better place.

In everything we do, we seek diverse aspects of beauty. We believe that nothing in the world is one-dimensional. Diadem offers elegantly designed, high-quality products at affordable prices. Every product sold supports two hours of education for abandoned daughters and discriminated mothers in Third World countries. We create makeup for women who want to look and feel beautiful. Beautiful Look. Beautiful Idea.

We deeply believe that all women possess beauty, strength, and passion—but they are not always in a position to make independent choices aligned with their inner beliefs. In Third World countries, where daughters are seen as a "costly burden," female newborns are often abandoned or denied the right to life. Together with non-profit organizations like the Indian Aarti Home Foundation, we address the root causes of these issues rather than just their symptoms.

Each product sold by Diadem Cosmetics provides two hours of education: one in school for an abandoned girl and another in workshops for her mother, teaching vocational skills such as makeup artistry, hairdressing, and tailoring. These skills help mothers achieve economic independence, enabling them to make informed, independent decisions. We are convinced this approach restores the natural cycle of life, empowering women to find their passion and feel beautiful.
