Time and delivery costs

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment, although this timeframe is approximate. The seller reserves the right to extend the processing time. We make every effort to ensure your orders leave our warehouse as quickly as possible. You will be informed of each stage of the process via email, and the order status will also be visible in your customer account.

Payment Methods:

• Przelewy24: Pay via the Przelewy24 online payment system using a quick bank transfer, credit card, or BLIK. The payment will reach our account within a few minutes after the transaction, allowing us to proceed with your order.

• Bank Transfer to Diadem Account: Pay by bank transfer after placing your order. We will wait up to 10 business days for your payment. If we don’t receive it, we’ll send you a reminder email. Payment details are provided in the order confirmation email and listed below:
